Hirao Masaki [President](attorney at law・patent attorney)
Mr.Hirao received law degree from Hitotsubashi University in 1975 and qualified as a patent attorney in 1980 and qualified as an attorney at law in 1990.
He worked for construction firm(~1980) and the Kitamura patent office(1980~1987).
He established Hirao law and patent firm in 1991.
